From May 15 through May 17, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL went on location to Rome, Italy, for a very special remote shoot. While details of the storyline twists and turns that will go down during these shows are still being kept under wraps, the stars that went along on the trip were more than happy to share some terrific photos of their adventure!
Along for the Italian remote were Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Annika Noelle (Hope), Matthew Atkinson (Thomas), Scott Clifton (Liam), and Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter). So you can assume that the Forrester Creations’ visit to Rome has something to do with the Hope for the Future line and judging from some of the photos shared, a glamorous fashion shoot is naturally involved!

Lang shared a video taken from the terrace of her hotel room taking in the spectacular early morning view before setting on her script pages. “Waking up at 5:30 a.m. to study some more,” she wrote. “First day of shooting in Rome. Looking forward to the day.”

In addition to shooting on location in Rome, the B&B cast and crew were also able to get in some sightseeing, including a special trip to The Colosseum!

Clifton was blown away by the Grand Plaza Hotel. “What a place to call home for the week,” he marveled. “It wasn’t just our rooms; they gave us our production office, makeup room, wardrobe… these guys made us feel like royalty — which I began to suspect wasn’t even ‘special treatment,’ since the whole place was like a palace.”

From this shot of Noelle posing for photographers in a gorgeous dress, you can tell why we suspect a Hope for the Future fashion show is going on in these episodes!
“A ‘Beautiful’ day,” declared Italian singer/model/television personality/businesswoman Ginevra Lamborghini who taped scenes with the B&B stars.
This may be a behind-the-scenes shot, but that dress on Lang is absolute perfection.
“Hanging with friends at the Spanish Steps,” Lang captioned this pic of her with a group that includes Clifton and her beau Dominique Zoida.
Clifton was also a fan of the spectacular views afforded by the hotel where they all stayed. “I loved decompressing on my little patio balcony every day after wrapping,” he admitted, “just watching the sunset and taking Rome in (after raiding the mini-bar. Don’t judge).”
Noelle snapped this selfie with Saint-Victor, Atkinson, and Luca Magazzino at the Piazza Venezia.
Noelle took lots of pictures of her co-stars enjoying the sights of Rome, including this moment between Saint-Victor and Kaye where the guys are clearly adjusting their heights!
“A very special visit to The Colosseum!” declared Lang. “Private tour with nobody there. Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with B&B! So grateful for such wonderful experiences. 😍”
Noelle captured this panoramic image of Kaye taking in the sights of the epic Italian landmark during their private tour.
And Noelle’s dreamy selfie taken outside of The Colosseum perfectly captures her own reaction to the trip.
“That’s an official wrap of B&B shooting in Rome 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹,” announced Saint-Victor. “What a great day!”
